Basement & Car Park Waterproofing in Singapore
Below-ground structures face constant hydrostatic pressure from groundwater. We stop active seepage in basements, lift pits and car parks using crack injection and negative-side membrane systems engineered for water under pressure.
Signs you need this
- Water seeping through basement walls or floor joints
- Damp patches and efflorescence on car park walls
- Standing water collecting in the lift pit
- Rust staining around construction joints
- Persistent musty, humid basement air
How we fix it properly
For active leaks under pressure we use polyurethane crack injection, which expands on contact with water to seal the path from within the structure. This stops the immediate ingress quickly.
For longer-term protection we apply negative-side cementitious or crystalline systems that work against the direction of water and become part of the concrete. Joints and penetrations are detailed with the appropriate waterstops.
We are set up for commercial and MCST environments, working around operating hours and access constraints with proper safety and ventilation controls.
Common causes we look for
- Cracks and cold joints in the retaining structure
- Failed or absent tanking membrane
- High groundwater table and hydrostatic pressure
- Deteriorated construction-joint waterstops

Can you stop a basement leak while water is still coming in?
Yes. Polyurethane injection is designed to seal active leaks — it reacts with the water itself and expands to block the path. It is one of the most effective ways to deal with pressurised ingress.
Do you handle MCST and commercial contracts?
Regularly. We provide method statements, work around your operating hours and coordinate with facilities managers and committees throughout the project.
